We all like to hear good things about ourselves and so when we "do it right" please tell us. The compliments we receive from our clients are a valuable reward to us. However, please remember that there is no need to offer tips or gifts to your Support Worker.

Complaints Procedure

We hope you will never find it necessary to use our Complaints Procedure but should the need arise please be assured of our commitment to resolve any problem speedily and completely. A copy of our Complaints Procedure is included in our Service User Guide which will be given to you if you decide to use our services.
